I've gone to this Verizon store recently to get assistance with changing my plans to help lower cost of bill. I've been a loyal customer for 17 years. My most recent experience was terrible. I was told I had to do it myself. Manage my own account. I requested assistance to make sure I don't mess up my plan and to understand prorations if any. If there was a -0 for customer service, I would have given them one. Now let me not start off attacking company policies but this was by far the the craziest thing.. Verizon set me up an in-store pickup, when I told the rep on phone my issue, ( my wallet was stolen and the only ID had was expired) …Of course a different when I got there and I understand policy it what I want expect is poor customer service..
