Paola was great! Very knowledgeable and got our internet set up without any problems
Very friendly and helpful staff. Exceeded my expectations. Sometimes in the Rio Grande valley you get service folks that aren't very friendly but these folks are great.
They don't seem to have anyone who knows anything, but how to sell you a new EXPENSIVE phone. Very disappointed with their customer service.
