Dropped phone and caused it to not work in the center. Service tech came out and replaced front and got phone working 💯 %
Walked in to get a new phone (Oct. 29th), all 3 people were busy with other customers. So my wife and I waited for someone to help us. We get checked in by one of the workers, and he goes back to helping his previous customer. About 15-20 minutes later, another person walks in and another. Mind you, we're still waiting patiently. The other people never got checked in. One of the workers became available and was told we were checked in and waiting to be assisted.
