Theron great guy helps with everything get you in and out with good rates handle everything just great I give him a rating of 10
This place is a total joke, walked into switch data on a iPhone to a android and got charged $30 dollars and im a Verizon customer thats fine no problem. After being charged $30 the Verizon rep tells me we dont have the right cord to transfer data between android and apple so we cant do it unless you buy a 30$ cord. Asked for the manager and got told there is 3 never seen a manager this place is a joke.
Twice I have been in there in the past 2 years and they acted like they couldn’t be bothered to help. Unless buying a phone they don’t really care. Nasty rude people. This branch use to be really good a couple years ago. Might actually switch service providers. I recommend any store over this one.
