Notifications are not coming up on samsung 22,date is stuck on August 28,among others things.was told it's a samsung problem get an apple.Spent maybe2 to 3 minutes troubleshooting problem.Dont fix buy new,what a waste.
The lady at the counter was extremely rude, condescending, and seemed like she was angry that we were disturbing her personally phone time…..and she was not on break. We came in ready to buy and she didn’t know anything about discounts or current pricing. She then pulled out her personal phone and ignored us. Shame, they could have had a sale.
Convenient location, I was able to get done what I needed to do (return old phones) quickly. I was less than impressed that it took a couple of minutes for a staff member to get up and ask if they could help (no other customers in the store), and they weren't sure how returns worked. Oh, well.
Very rude and poor service. No one helped me or my wife. No eye contact, didn't acknowledge us. It was our first visit to this store. And no one wanted help us. So we walked out. Unbelievable
