I got a hold of someone before going and i LOVED the experience the way they attended me and everything went so smooth. I just switched over to verzion and everything has been good so far..
So I have had Verizon Fios for 5 years. Never had an issue. The Internet can get glitchy sometimes. I went and got 3 mobile phones for my kids and I. And the 1st couple of months, it was fine. Bill was what it was supposed to be. I got phones in August we are in December and Phone Bills are $500. I CALLED NO ONE CAN EXPLAIN THE CHARGES. AND NO ONE CAN HELP ME. Notifications are not coming up on samsung 22,date is stuck on August 28,among others things.was told it's a samsung problem get an apple.Spent maybe2 to 3 minutes troubleshooting problem.Dont fix buy new,what a waste.
