I was greeted when I walked in by Frank, who helped me with issues I had activating my new device. He was knowledgeable, patient and efficient. After 24 hours of a very frustrating experience, I was both relieved and grateful. Thank you, Frank!
Great service, polite and helpful. Steve was very nice and helped us through the process of switching very smoothly and explained it very well.
No courtesy at all, 3 people including the manager came up to me and were very RUDE…I used to use this facility and the people were friendly and a pleasure to deal with. different time, different people … my first negative review…
Very disappointed . Young man representative was not helpful and on the snotty side . Won't go there again
