Worst customer service ever. I was on the phone for over 3 hours and agent hang up on me twice.
Poor customer service, poor leadership, incompetent employees. I've been a Verizon customer for over 16 years, since Alltell...never had a Verizon store not be able to help, or even verify my account because they couldn't even put my information in correctly. Do yourself a huge favor...don't expect any help here.
The people here are so kind and always helpful. If you have a problem don't hesitate to go there. I have never had a problem with them!!
Zero ☆s. This store is where my Verizon account got hacked, charging 2 new tablets, 3phones and 2new lines to my account and further compromised my 30yr old phone number by ridiculous amount of daily spam text messages. Shame on this non-corporate store for either hiring shady employees or never asking for a pin# for access!!
