The employees at the store were not helpful and incredibly condescending and rude. If you have the opportunity to go to any other Verizon store, please do. Verizon's policies will be obscure and hard to navigate anywhere but at least other locations might have kinder, more professional employees.
This is the best customer service I have received from any phone service, specially from Tisa. She took the time to listen and did not rush me at all. She went above and a beyond. Tisa was kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. I have a store closer to my apartment, but I specifically go to this location because of the service. Highly recommend!
Bad experience at the Harlem store the associate there be saying that they don’t have any iPhone 15 pro max if you order it and try to pick it up there they will give you a false information when they do have iPhones on stock is just because they want you to get everything directly from there store so they can make there commission
