I would like to give a 5 start rating because of one specialist called Pat, who was super helpful to resolve my eSIM card issue that I could not resolve for several trials at different places. She was super patient while knowledgable in detecting the issue and fixing it within 15 mins. A life saver specialist!
Fred absolutely crushed it—he’s setting me up with everything I need, and the customer service here is next-level.
The employees at the store were not helpful and incredibly condescending and rude. If you have the opportunity to go to any other Verizon store, please do. Verizon's policies will be obscure and hard to navigate anywhere but at least other locations might have kinder, more professional employees.
This is the best customer service I have received from any phone service, specially from Tisa. She took the time to listen and did not rush me at all. She went above and a beyond. Tisa was kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. I have a store closer to my apartment, but I specifically go to this location because of the service. Highly recommend!
