Doesn't even deserve a one star. Store manager has a terrible attitude and lacks any interest in truly helping a long time (20+ year) customer. She even refused to give her name to Verizon customer service while I had them on the phone and when she finally did it was indiscernible and she had no name tag. How convenient.
Such a good experience. Cee, who helped me was great. very nice, very smart, very clear - and she had lots of good options to offer me thanks to the great brand
Service was not best
I've gone to this location a few times now and have always received A+ customer service. The manager, Jason, and all the staff are extremely nice and helpful. My go to spot!
