I would give them -10 if I could. Verizon support team made an appointment at 6 pm for me after they could not solve an issue for 2 hours. This store calls me at 2:46 pm from a number I don’t recognize - and because I missed the call - they go ahead cancel my appointment stating “Sorry you can't make it. If you'd like a new appointment, please reschedule” - Like seriously? So if i miss a call 3 hours before my appointment means I want to cancel my appointment. I had a great experience working with Adi. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and clear in explaining all the details about Verizon’s 1 Gig Home Internet service. He took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and made sure I fully understood the benefits. His professionalism and friendly approach made the process smooth and easy, and he really convinced me that this was the right choice. Adi went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, and I truly appreciate his effort.
Doesn't even deserve a one star. Store manager has a terrible attitude and lacks any interest in truly helping a long time (20+ year) customer. She even refused to give her name to Verizon customer service while I had them on the phone and when she finally did it was indiscernible and she had no name tag. How convenient.
