I went there to have my phone checked out. It was acting crazy. The tech at first couldn't solve the problem, but he didn't give up. He finally figured it out.
I came to buy a Samsung watch. At the entrance I was informed that I had to wait for someone from customer service, after 10 minutes of waiting, without being put on a waiting list. When a store representative arrived, I informed him that although we were not on the list, we were waiting first. He was rude when greeting me and told me that I was attacking him for trying to inform him of the situation. and blamed the security guard who greeted us, without him being at fault and being totally respectful.
