Came here 3 time!! And May be more but No impress with all service here. did not get help or good answer to fix my problem with my order new iPhone 16 Pro Max and my bill start to charge more with nothing I get. I still used Verizon for 8 years and may be more but I try to go 2 Verizon store. They just say call for service by not try to help explean enough. Feel upset and worry every time to get help with Verizon shop:( So what can I do if I still connected with Verizon?!..

VERIZON IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY THAT WILL CUT YOUR SERVICE FOR NO REASON AND INTERUPT YOUR SERVICE EACH MONTH AND FORCE YOU TO SPEND OVER AN HOUR OF YOUR DAY ON THE PHONE WITH FINANCIAL SERVICES EACH MONTH ONLY FOR THEM APOLOGIZE, REINSTATE YOUR SERVICE AND ASURE YOU IT WONT HAPPEN AGAIN ONLY FOR IT TO HAPPEN CONSECUTIVELY 5 MONTHS BACK TO BACK SINCE MARCH. VERIZON IS AN INCOMPETENT PROVIDER AND IM SICK AND TIRED OF THIER STUPIDITY AS AN ORGANIZATION.
I was assigned to Jorge who was very patient, knowledgeable, and personable. This is a corporate location. Make this your store. The rest of the staff are also very attentive. I highly recommend this location.
