So I have had Verizon Fios for 5 years. Never had an issue. The Internet can get glitchy sometimes. I went and got 3 mobile phones for my kids and I. And the 1st couple of months, it was fine. Bill was what it was supposed to be. I got phones in August we are in December and Phone Bills are $500. I CALLED NO ONE CAN EXPLAIN THE CHARGES. AND NO ONE CAN HELP ME. Terrible. After waiting 15 mins for someone they wouldn’t let me return my device because it was dead but they didn’t have any chargers available.
Very poor service and literally no concept of time and customer value. Removed my name from their waitlist with out asking and entertaining people who didn’t even check in. Very unprofessional and total waste of my time
Came here 3 time!! And May be more but No impress with all service here. did not get help or good answer to fix my problem with my order new iPhone 16 Pro Max and my bill start to charge more with nothing I get. I still used Verizon for 8 years and may be more but I try to go 2 Verizon store. They just say call for service by not try to help explean enough. Feel upset and worry every time to get help with Verizon shop:( So what can I do if I still connected with Verizon?!..
