I have known Frank for 20 years and all that time have never been disappointed. He’s professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and dedicated to his customers. I have actually followed him to three separate Verizon stores with the last one driving about an hour each way to do an upgrade because I trust Frank and he didn’t disappoint. Hands-down, one of the best I’ve ever dealt with!
I recently bought an iWatch that Verizon had an extremely difficult time connecting as a shared number. After 5 days and 18 hours of my time talking to a variety of people, I was ready to scream. In desperation, I decided to make one last ditch effort at yet another Verizon store before returning the watch to Apple.
