Don't ever use business account. its almost impossible to transfer to personal account later. I been calling customer support more than 10 times in 2 months. Still not transfer.
Went inside the store to buy a charger, noone greeted, noone approached, only saw one verizon person working. Other customers were waiting around. Zero customer care
