Was scammed into upgrading my plan and adding another phone line “for free” and to set autopay (so I wouldn’t look at the actual bill). I log into the Verizon app after my visit and notice that the new line added is $65 a month and not free like they said. When I raised the issue they said they couldn’t close the line, that I needed to call customer service. Dishonest business practice and incompetent employees. Do yourself a favor and don’t go here.
Went to look for help regarding my Fios and they were useless, and sent me to try at another stores.
Very helpful with our cable box and router upgrade.
