If I could give Verizon a zero rating I would. The salesman will lie and do anything to get your business in my very humble opinion. Spectrum SUCKS Verizon SUCKS they both lie. This company lost a major class action for users fees and had to pay out millions. Things they don't tell you.
I have only been with Verizon for 3 days and I am absolutely disgusted with them. They have NO CLUE what is going on.
