You won’t get acknowledged for the first few minutes here, then by the time you do, the wait time is horrendous… and this is to just do a trade-in on a product you already initiated the trade-in on… not worth it! Go to the Beloit location, staff is friendly and you can get in and out way quicker!
I came in and had an issue with charging my phone due to wear and tear. The attendant there was excellent, grabbed some compressed air, joshio was very kind, thank you!
