Very fast service, even though they were busy. Helpful and knowledgeable staff handled my issue quickly and I was out of there in just a few minutes!

DO NOT GO THROUGH VERIZON. MY PHONE NEVER WORKED DESPITE BEING CHARGED A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT FOR ONE LINE! I CONSTANTLY RECIEVED 90% OF TEXT MESSAGES 24 HOURS AFTER PEOPLE SEND IT, OR NOT GETTING TEXTS AT ALL. MY PHONE NEVER WORKED AND NEVER HAD SERVICE DESPITE IT WAS BRAND NEW! THEY RACK UP PRICES WITH NO EXPLANATION OR NOTICE AS TO WHY!! I USED VERIZON FOR 4 YEARS AND THEY NEVER LOWERED MY BILL UNTIL I MENTIONED SWITCHING CARRIERS. You won’t get acknowledged for the first few minutes here, then by the time you do, the wait time is horrendous… and this is to just do a trade-in on a product you already initiated the trade-in on… not worth it! Go to the Beloit location, staff is friendly and you can get in and out way quicker!
