This Verizon store STEALS trade-ins. Fair warning to all. My daughter goes in to this store and turned her old phone in as a trade in for a $830 credit which she was entitled to a receipt to prove that it's been turned in. "Mr. Juan" who refused to give a last name, said with an attitude that he could not give a receipt and it was emailed. She asked which email was it sent because nothing came through. I have to give a shout out to a particular gentleman that works at this location. Nate is extremely helpful, patient, and truly cares about his customer’s happiness. He has helped me numerous times and is always extremely helpful and kind.
