Worst Verizon store! Manager is so rude. I went into upgrade my phone and after me spending over $400 they still wanted to charge me an extra $29.99 to transfer from my old phone to my new phone. They were NOT helpful at all. I will not be returning to that store. I expected way better customer service from Verizon employees.

The worst experience I've ever had it's embarrassing as a company to have this establishment as a corporate office after adding multiple charges to my account I go in to address the issue they leave me there for over an hour knowing I was on my lunch break only refund me partially refuse to give me any information for another corporate office if I could give zero stars I would I'm so glad I managed to close that account save yourselfs the trouble go to tmobile
Very dissatisfied with Verizon and this store. AT&T was much better with both customer service and cellular service. I have several instances in the last couple months that my family and I can’t communicate due to calls just not going through. I also was charged 3 times my monthly bill amount the first month (they fixed it after 2 phone calls and a visit to the store). Had the best experience yesterday w Josh at this location! My husband and I went to the location off 46 & 281 and the ONE guy working sounded like he’s rather be anyyywhere else, plus there were a few ppl ahead of us, so we left and came to this location and I’m so glad we did! There were several ppl working but Josh helped us and was super knowledgeable, very friendly, and patient.
