tried ordering home internet. waited an hour in store for them to release the router. got home and after 6 hours on phone with support found out that they gave me a router linked to an address i did not provide so it didn’t work. going to have to drive back across town to return the mistake. 7 hours with support and staff still no internet.

Called to confirm stock on item before showing up. When I get there they have no stock and act like I must have been lying when I say I spoke to someone two hours ago. Unfriendly and condescending service.
