My son and I went into Verizon to get mobile coverage, and wifi. We were waited on by a gentleman named Patrick. He was so kind, knowledgeable, and a true gentleman. Someone who makes you feel like you've known for years. He knows his job inside and out. And he did all he could for my son. There was an issue that was in no way anyone's fault, except for it being a glitch. He spent a crazy amount of time with us to resolve this matter. The guy at the front had a bit of an attitude to me and my wife and it's quite uncalled for. The employees at this store need to be trained how to behave with customers. He was terrible at explaining anything and was a bit snappy about it. This verizon location is not good. Probably find another location or carrier if you have a choice.
I have been a Verizon customer for nearly 7 years, and have used this location for my in-store needs, but after this experience, I am seriously reconsidering my loyalty. I recently upgraded my phone, added a new device, and made multiple account changes to optimize our plans, increase coverage, and save money. Rude staff. Came in to adjust services on my line that I couldn’t find a way to do online. Was mocked by several staff within earshot. “Google it” is not something I have ever heard from retail staff. I have been a Verizon customer for decades and have never experienced such rude staff. If staff aren’t incentivized to actually do customer service then just turn the place into an authorized retailer.
