Staff appears inattentive at best. When a customer is finally acknowledged, servic3 and product knowledge is spotty. Ordered online for in-store pickup and never received notice to pick up. Went to store the following day and it took three salespeople and fifteen minutes to figure out and tell me thwycould not find a phone case. I accepted any comparable case thinking it would be a fast exchange but was forcednr9 cancel the initial order and place a new order. Again took thr3e pe9plenand another 30 minutes.
