This was a terrible awful customer service, I'm a new customer, wanted to change a phone, and basically, the people, didn't serve me well at all, didn't solve any kind of problem, not answer my question and literally asked me to leave the store. I mean, if this is how they treat new customers, I can't understand, so I'm going to cancel my new account with them because, they basically need to train them to have better customers. AWFUL AWFUL PEOPLE the bad thing is not the company is the people who work at that store
Just got Verizon service had a few issues,I went there to get cleared up and the service was great the attendant was very nice.
I no longer wish to have service with Verizon because I can never talk with an agent. So please disconnect my service
