I went at 4:30 pm and was in and out pretty quick.
Customer for a very long time. Needed a new phone for my wife, 0ffered me $ 800 off a $1200 phone. The catch was an increase of roughly $35 extra a month for 3 years. Do the math. This is after I said I would pay the $400 difference. Manager got involved, pretty much said take or leave it, with an attitude. So I left after wasting 2 hours of my time. Shopping around for a new phone company. I feel like they tried to rip me off.
