My Sales Associate was Ellis and he was great. I needed to get a new phone, he let me know all my options and I am very pleased with my purchase. I went back a week later to drop off my old phone (I did a trade in) and the young lady who assisted was courteous, efficient and I was back out the door in 15 minutes. Nice location, busy but well staffed. I've been a Verizon customer for 20+ years, never had any issues.
