I have been with Verizon for over 12 years. Everything has gone downhill. The price keeps going up while service is going way down. I have been dealing with issues with Verizon ever since they told me that I needed to upgrade my plan to get a apple watch. Which we did. The quality of our signal went way down. My bill went from 165.00 a month for 2 lines up to 245.00 a month. My husband and I recently went into Verizon to purchase new phones.Bailey was our sales person.I cannot say enough good things about her.She was very knowledgeable,and patient.We had to go back a few more times for some minor adjustments.Again,she helped me work out some kinks with great proficiency.I would recommend anyone going to Verizon in Overland Park to ask for Bailey.I hope she is able to receive this review.the last time I was there I actually asked to speak with her manager to sing her praises but he was not availa... read more

This story i have about Verizon is UnReal. Good thing I record all my conversations. Joined almost a year ago. Verizon has done nothing but promise deals and Lie. Promise pricing and Lie. Tell me things on the phone they will do and make up for me. And Lie. Take out and charge in approved amounts. Unapproved amounts they will not refund. Say I have a credit and never do.
