Service is very bad. Long waits to get service and long waits to have service done. Many many errors were made in my attempt to trade in my iPhone 15 for an iPhone 16. I was left with a monthly bill for the new phone and no rebate for the old phone.

I am redoing my last review because I realize that I forgot the young mans namewho was helping me with picking up my box for my new tv , I mistakenly used the name Mike instead of his real name which is Paul. I feel so stupid to do this and because of how helpful he was while helping me with my order. I am a senior woman who is in her 70s and my memory for names isn’t very good.
