Honestly, if they had no stars, that’s what they get! The staff in store was very helpful. However, there is only so far you can go when financial services is not doing their job. I had a payment arrangement in place. They told me our phones would not be shut off because of the payment arrangement, then they tried to tell me I canceled the payment arrangement on January 24th when I was speaking with the woman from Verizon Financial arranging the payment arrangement!!!! The staff here were real sigma for the way they handled my situation! Last guys I went to were seriously ohio, and didn’t solve my problem at all. Thanks for the w experience; without the fanum tax!
Went to the Sea Girt store yesterday and left frustrated without the issue with my phone being fixed. Stopped in the Bricktown store this morning , not only did they fix the old phone but I decided to purchase a new one. Delt with Jared and Scott who could have not been more accommodating. They spent nearly 90 minutes with me between resolving the issues with the old phone, helping me pick out a new phone and transferring data. Couldn't be more pleased.
