They helped check my battery usage and determined problem was my charger.
Had to go to store 4 times. Ever time I was given a different reason for not being able to pay phone off.

I stopped by to switch over to Verizon from a different carrier. I had a bunch of questions and ended up spending a significant amount of time to figure everything out. My wife and I talked with Dallas and he was able to answer all of our questions while being very polite and knowledgeable. I would certainly do business at this location again.
