I worked with Mike and Prince to upgrade my phone. Both of them were incredibly helpful. They helped me get the best deal possible for my upgrade and they answered all my questions. They also were very patient as I had lots of questions. I really appreciate the time and care both employees took with me.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in today for an upgrade to my phone. I spoke with a guy name Moke. He proceeded to tell me that he wouldn’t help me because there was only 30 minutes left until closing. I made sure to let him know all I needed to do was an early upgrade he told me it would take longer than time would allow. I left unsatisfied and without an upgraded phone.
