If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in today for an upgrade to my phone. I spoke with a guy name Moke. He proceeded to tell me that he wouldn’t help me because there was only 30 minutes left until closing. I made sure to let him know all I needed to do was an early upgrade he told me it would take longer than time would allow. I left unsatisfied and without an upgraded phone. Jose was kind and helpful during the difficult time of adjusting our bill after my husband's passing.
The service reps were very pleasant to deal with. They answered all my questions and helped me clean out my phone. I appreciated their help.
Black female store associate was rude and unhelpful. Told me to go to Best Buy to get my phone reset, even tho my phone was purchased from Verizon.
