This location was adamant about getting insurance with our new devices, they went as far as to say the manager couldn't even take it off of our proposed upgrade. The other Verizon location off of 6th St. was able to get us the same phones and new plans for $38.00 a month less, and did not try and force us into taking the insurance.
The rep made a mistake And it took ages to correct. I ended up having to be the person to work with Verizon on the phone to get things right. This store is a third party Verizon store.
