Where do I begin the gentleman was very dismissive and rude. He stated he couldn't make that decision so let him get the manager. Then he came back and lied the made a joke about my name. Horrible
I love this location, one associate in particular... BRIOND. He has helped me with the simplest questions and complex. He never acts like I'm a burdon. Last time he had a great answer to my international question but once he opened the acct he realized he needed to do what was best for me and my existing plan. His great idea wouldn't work with my plan and since we are grandfathered into this senior plan he suggested I stay with what I have and explained what to do on the cruise ship.
