I recently lost my phone, and without it, I couldn’t log in online. I reached out to customer service, hoping they could help, but every time they tried, they just kept sending the verification code to the lost phone. In the end, they suggested I go to the store to get a replacement SIM card. When I arrived at the store, I explained my situation to the staff member at the door, hoping for a solution.
