Well, my phone suddenly stopped working—something about a SIM issue. Thankfully, two amazing ladies at the Verizon store took great care of me and got it working again. And somehow… in a total coincidence… they also talked me into a shiny new phone. I mean, what are the chances my old phone just happened to be completely paid off next month? Gotta love how Verizon magically knows when it’s time to nudge you back into another commitment by having a technical issue that requires an in-store visit
