I wish I could give this more stars as Peter and Jenea (sp?) were so awesome and helpful but when I came back in and Jenea was helping me with some equipment return that hadn't been credited to my account Mike jumps in and starts to get argumentative for zero reason, telling me "there are thousands of things being returned and it's all automated so there is nothing we can do". Don’t come if if you need help they have no people here to help anyone you’ll be stuck waiting 30 min to an hour
I came in for disconnection/billing questions. Older lady attended me. I asked why I was being charged after I finished paying phone off 12/08/25. Asked a question why I wasn’t told about Apple Watch remaining balance when calling customer service and was hung up on. Was told that my new phone carrier had to do all the work. Was given a bogous number to disconnect my watch/phone, called number and it’s not in service. I will be reaching out to corporate about this.
