I came in for disconnection/billing questions. Older lady attended me. I asked why I was being charged after I finished paying phone off 12/08/25. Asked a question why I wasn’t told about Apple Watch remaining balance when calling customer service and was hung up on. Was told that my new phone carrier had to do all the work. Was given a bogous number to disconnect my watch/phone, called number and it’s not in service. I will be reaching out to corporate about this.
