I signed up for auto draft. BIG MISTAKE. they took an additional $162 out of my account (when I signed up my bill was already paid). It’s now Aug 28 and I’ve chatted with 5 different reps who all assured me my credit was “in process “ of being refunded. This is SUCH BAD BUSINESS and should be illegal.

I went there because my phone was glitching and I couldn't even see anything on my phone. This was especially inconvenient for me because my phone is the source of basically everything in my life. My work schedules, assignments, etc. I didn't have insurance on the phone, I never knew because I bought it so long ago. I was told I had to wait 30 days and they couldn't do anything for me.
