I went in and purchased a plan and got a phone when I took it home it wasn't even working
This review is for Verizon in general, not specifically this location. I'm just so irritated with the constant door to door salesmen in my neighborhood that I will never choose Verizon. It's absolutely obnoxious.

I was very impressed with the quality of service received at this store. Maddie was extremely helpful, proficient and professional. She had me set up with a new phone and in the store no longer than 30 minutes total.
