I would recommend going to any other Verizon store in town. After hearing negative comments from family we still stopped by this store to give them another chance. We were greeted by Becky. She was very rude and repeatedly let us know she would help us with phone set up for $30. We left and went directly to another cellular store and within 10 minutes we were in and out and our issue was resolved.
