Really lousy service. I was checked in and told it would be about 30 minutes. I waited until 40 minutes went by and asked the check in girl what was going on. In particular, two people who came in after me were helped. She replied that they had easy fixes and then proceeded to ask me what specifically I needed. Wow, after waiting 40 minutes!
