Terrible customer service. Initiated an upgrade on my phone via the Verizon app. My bf is the account holder so he took care of ordering the phone, and all that... I just had to stop by the Kirkwood store to trade in my old phone and pick up my new one. Incapable of doing anything positive
I have had very little help by phone so I was going to go to the store today but maybe I shouldn’t. I’m already angry about the poor service I have received!
The customer service has declined. Austin had no interest In helping me sort out the additional charges on my account.
