I like doing my business in person, but once I went to a business account with T-mobile, that ended. After 23 yrs, I switched to Verizon and was not disappointed. The store is pristine and inviting with the red and white furniture. There are several techs to speak to, depending on the need. My business acct is handled by one point person, available in person and by phone. There are a few exceptional techs, bc nothing goes smoothly when you change vendors. So far, I love the change and could not be happier.

In connection with closing account for a deceased relative, Verizon instructed me to visit a corporate location to present documentation. I have been a Verizon customer in the past, but this location is tied for number one in worst Verizon experience. Although I presented death certificates and letters testamentary (the "short form" in Pennsylvania) for both the deceased cell phone user and the deceased account holder, the store insisted it could not even turn off the service for the deceased cell phone user, not to mention ... read more
