Poor business people
Can't call the store directly. Calls are routed to an Indian call center. I want to talk to an American who works at this location that I can understand. Verizon, do better.
Terrible experience. Manager (Cody I believe) was rude and did not give a realistic wait time upon our arrival. I would think the manager is your most qualified/ competent employee, yet all she did was check people in, and helped NO ONE. If there weren’t people coming through the door to sign in, she was nowhere to be found, even though multiple people waited to be helped.
