Went yesterday just to view the deals they have on phones and my family ended up walking out with 3 phones, an ipad, and an apple watch. Safe to say we had a great experience, and our sales rep was straight to the point. The honesty and genuine hospitality are what sold us. We even got a great deal just on the information alone that was given. To say this store understands sales or respect is comical. Rude, disrespectful and arrogance are the words I would describe when talking about my visit. When I said I cannot deal with him another one came to confront me. As if to fight. He was shaking. The manger had to send him away. If management care to know the names call me. I don’t think putting names on here is the right thing.
Had a problem with the download of Bluetooth The staff is very knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful. As a senior citizen, it was a comfort to have someone help me. With some of these devices thank you again.
My mom needed a new phone after having an iPhone 8 for way too long and I figured it would be a good idea to bring her to a corporate owned Verizon store, boy what a mistake that was. We got checked in and waited only a few minutes and were paired with a representative named Sam. My moms number is on a business account that the family uses and it has multiple lines.
