Worst customer service I’ve ever got and I’ve been a Verizon customer for over 20 years. Matt and Sandra the managers were horrible they need to learn how to deal with the public. Matt kept butting in after he told me he couldn’t help. Sandra literally looked me in the face and told me She wasn’t there to help me she was there to help everyone after I watched her play on her cell phone for 20 minutes while there was a store full of people waiting.
