There was no wait, and they addressed my issues right away.
BEWARE Do NOT shop for an iPhone here! Four different employees could NOT correctly set up a NEW iPhone 16 Plus! What were the fees for then? After several attempts we were told to go to the Apple store for needed set up?! My frustrated 87 yr old mom had paid fees, then left with NO NEW cell phone and an expensive visit to Verizon! Staff was friendly however not knowledgeable and charged her for what?!
