Really bad experience. I had an issue with my account and called customer service multiple times. On the last call, they said to go to the store and the issue can be resolved there. Went in and met an agent but was not helpful. He just said he couldn’t do things or he didn’t know. What’s the point of the store then? Very conflicting information from the customer service in the phone and the agent at the store, right at the same time with the agent on the phone with customer service!!! Man oh man what an embarrassing & horrific customer experience I had with this Verizon location tonight. Let me start off by saying that I have been a Verizon customer for 12 years, and have been going to THIS specific location EXCLUSIVELY for 12 years.
