As a small business owner, it is always a pleasure to work with a representative who is knowledgeable about products that would be beneficial to your business. Ken Gibson of the Fort Dodge Verizon store was that guy and made the experience a pleasure. It says something to convince me to purchase an apple product as the loyal android/samsung user however, he managed it and I am very satisfied with my purchase.
