Don't expect to be greeted or helped. After circling the store for assistance and being actively avoided, I decided to sit at the front and see if that would work. During this time waiting up front, I managed to troubleshoot my own problem and walked out. I've been to other Verizon's in the area and they are way more professional. If busy, they will actually say, "Ill be right with you!". Check the other locations out!
