Thus far, we have upgraded (yeah right) three phones. On the first one, I ordered the upgrade online in the morning and set it for locker pickup. I have been with Verizon for over 15 years, and until today, I had never encountered anyone who assisted me the way Salvador did. He is amazing,he helps with all the questions one typically has regarding the service, and he is very patient.
Stay Away! Deceptive sales tactics. Filing complaints with as MANY agencies as i can get a hold of. I signed up for 4 Verizon lines under a "we can beat their bill" deal. I t was supposed to be $140+tax since i got 4 new phones. My bills has been WELL ABOVE $200 each month. They told me i would get signal boost for free= LIES. They said i would get free phone apple plan = LIES they said they give me credits =LIES. I signed up for 4 Verizon lines under a 36-month promotion with a written promised price of $157/month. Verizon has billed me $210/month for 4 consecutive months. I have visited the store multiple times and was told it was a Verizon mistake but that they cannot fix it. This represents false advertising and billing misrepresentation. I am requesting Verizon to honor the promised price, apply retroactive credits, or cancel it
