One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. My bill is double what they told me it was going to be they promised to pay off my phones from a different carrier and even that didn’t go through. The worst experience ever. DONT GO THERE. If I could give it zero stars I would.
Disgusting behavior from one of the associates in this store. He demanded an explanation from me as to why I didn’t want a fourth line. Unwilling to respect the choice I made for my account after having told him three times no. Poor skill as a salesman showing clear signs irritation followed by an attempt to shame me into accepting his wishes.
