Absolutely the rudes customer services. This is probably the worst Verizon store I have ever been to and I will never go back.
Salvador was very nice and helpful. He did a great job and was very professional. I really appreciate his help and kindness. Highly recommend him!
Thus far, we have upgraded (yeah right) three phones. On the first one, I ordered the upgrade online in the morning and set it for locker pickup. I never got an update and drove out to the location about an hour before closing because surely, it would be ready. After all, they said it could be ready in as little as an hour (what a joke). I have been with Verizon for over 15 years, and until today, I had never encountered anyone who assisted me the way Salvador did. He is amazing,he helps with all the questions one typically has regarding the service, and he is very patient.
