Bought some headphones went to return sealed with a receipt and within 30 days. Would only offer a gift card because that’s all their tablet said they could. Showed the receipt that said I could get a refund and they said there’s nothing they can do. Couldn’t be bothered to resolve, went to another Verizon down the street and they fixed it immediately
