Everyone was very friendly and very helpful to each other. They were clicking like a great team, helping each other with the costumers. Very nice experience.
Went to this Verizon Business Center after making an appointment with John. I have to say that my appointment with him has restored my faith in Verizon, because honestly, I had one foot out the door. Don't call the customer service number, call this store and ask for John!
MISWEABLE SERVICE
If i could give this place less than 1 star, I would. Probably the worse level of customer service from an individual I've EVER experienced. Thomas Sullivan had zero interest in helping us, was confrontation from the beginning, constantly interrupted us, and only added to our frustration. When I ask for the name & number of the DM, he refused saying that they couldn't help us either. He kept throwing out that "I've been here 16 years & verizon never cancels orders".
