Very good customer service. 100 times better than calling Verizon on the phone. This place is a one hour drive from my house and I'd rather drive here than call Verizon.
With this experience I would urge people to go in.
So let me start with this is the store I normally end up going to. I usually have good experiences from their staff. But my needs we're not met I'm the slightest. I know that most of this is because of company policy. However, once it became apparent that I wasn't going to get a phone and I started asking about future deals, I got the sense that I was just wasting the sales persons time.
