We have just switched our family plan to Verizon. We had two extremely helpful employees. One was at corporate whose name is Daniel Byrd. He goes by Byrd. He helped with a glitch from one of the switchovers on one of the phones. He was also very quick to help with online billing, getting new Netflix, Disney and Hulu accounts set us thru Verizon. Dan was super helpful.
Be prepared for a long wait. On several occasions i spent over 2 hours on these occasions. They are slow but i think the people they get on the phone. I think they get you to a plan. Then they got their hooks in you.
