Chilling how rude verizon is these days
Checked in and was helped immediately. They verified with my State Issued ID that I was the account holder. Got a new Google Pixel 9 phone at no cost. Rep was good at covering my bill change on a tablet. The monthly bill went down. I am a Verizon customer for over 25 years.
Absolutely mind-boggling customer "service". After multiple visits trying to solve our issue and promises to get a phone call from a supervisor my wife was lectured and insulted by an associate that he didn't "like her tone". We waited for weeks to get a call with no action or follow up. After 25 years as customer we quit! No qualified staff, no training, no concept. Buh-bye.
You can't talk to a person to get simple information about a product.
